Lodge a complaint with the Credit Bureau Credit/Service Provider

Get a reference number

Allow 20 business days for the Credit Bureau to resolve the complaint

If your complaint is stilll unresolved after 20 business days, or if your are not satisfied with the resolution by the Credit Bureau, then contact our call centre at

complaint form
and submit a complaint.

Complaint checked against CO jurisdiction.

CO will negotiate a settlement or make a ruling.

If you are unhappy escalate your complaint to the National Credit Regulator.

If your are satisfied with CO decision.

Case closed.
