Allow 20 business days for the credit bureau / credit provider to resolve your complaint
If your complaint is stilll unresolved after 20 business days, or if your are not satisfied with the resolution by the credit bureau / credit provider, then you contact our call centre at

and submit your complaint on-line.
The complaint will be checked against the jurisdiction of the CO.
The CO will facilitate the resolution of the dispute or make a ruling.
If you are unhappy you may escalate your complaint to the National Credit Regulator or take alternative action.
If you are satisfied with the CO decision.
